Earth Day Festival

MDIS Festival

Saturday, April 21, 10am-2pm

  • The Inventor’s Workshop (hands-on STEM related activities for families with children in grades PreK-12th)
  • An Earth Day presentation from our students (11am)
  • A live animal show, Conservation Connection, by Leesburg Animal Park (11:15am)
  • The Scholastic Book Fair
  • Silent auction
  • Bounce houses & inflatable games
  • Food trucks
  • Presentation and campus tour at 10:00am & 1:30pm

This event is free and open to the public but registration is required. If you are interested in one of our open house tours, please register for both the festival and the open house.

IMPORTANT PARKING & SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
Please note that the MDIS parking lot will be closed during the festival. Instead, all attendees are encouraged to park at the Southwest Park & Ride at 1198 South Rolling Road in Catonsville. It is a short ride to and from the MDIS campus and we will be providing shuttle service every 20 minutes from 9:30m until 2:30pm.
